Privacy policy.
What we collect on dropair.ae, why, and how to change your choice.
- Enquiry forms
- The forms on this site do not send anything to our servers. When you press the WhatsApp button, the details you typed are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We use them only to answer your enquiry, confirm compatibility and arrange orders and installation.
- Analytics, only with your OK
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. Before that, and if you press Decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set.
- What analytics records
- Google Analytics counts page views and button clicks. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can fix layout problems. Text you type in our enquiry forms is masked and not recorded by Clarity. Advertising storage stays off.
- Changing your choice
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Declining stops analytics and removes its cookies from this site.
- Contact
- For any privacy question or to ask us to delete your enquiry messages, contact us on WhatsApp.
